After moving to a test automation capability, Dell wanted to find out more about what they could do with their data, so they asked Sogeti to help them implement Cognitive QA, as well as work out how to get around the challenges with their legacy hardware complexity.

How we made value

Starting with an analysis of Dell’s current solutions, Sogeti set to work implementing Cognitive QA technology. Focussing on creating a successful Proof of Concept, Sogeti used its expertise in domain and test engineering to figure out the smallest number of hardware configurations possible, as well as creating a roadmap for test case planning and how to apply analytics to automate, retire or refactor (based on pass/fail frequency).

In addition to helping Dell set up for the future by implementing Cognitive QA, we simplified their legacy and ensured streamlined configuration testing. Now, what used to take 2 weeks is completed in a matter of hours.
