As an highly successful and leading IT services provider on the Luxembourgish market, we are looking to recruit a

Team Leader (M/F)

 

Context of the assignment: 

You will be in charge of coordination and management - technically and administratively- of the activities of a team.

 

Your tasks :

 

  • Manage, coordinate and stimulate a team
  • Preparation of and participation in operational meetings regarding the specific service to be provided (technical committees, steering committee etc.)
  • Planning of the team activities, assignment of tasks etc.
  • Follow-up, reporting on all activities of the team; escalation whenever necessary
  • Quality control as well as respect of the deadlines
  • Control adherence to the standards, procedures and recommendations
  • Ensure continuity of the service
  • Apply corrective measures
  • Propose improvement of service or organization

 

Your profil :

 

  • University degree (minimum 5 years post-secondary), or equivalent background knowledge and experience, in a computer-related field
  • Certification ITIL Foundation (recommended)
  • Very good knowledge of English and French
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a large environment as team leader (or project manager)
  • ICT office automation knowledge of products and market
  • Project management and quality assurance (ITIL Foundation)
  • Office automation tools
  • Knowledge of Unix and Wintel systems
