We currently have a great opportunity, on a 6 months temporary contract, as an:


Senior IT Recruiter (M/F)


Your mission:

  • You are part of the central HR team, delivering recruitment services for the business.
  • You report directly to the HR manager.
  • At all times you make sure that your activities on searching, CV selection and candidates’ selection are rigorously documented in our tool.
  • You do the follow-up of our candidate process. Actively involving operations managers and technical screeners.
  • You report transparently on your activities so that the pipe of candidates is well known.



Your tasks:

  • Searching

Constantly you are searching in an active and pro-active way for potential candidates and you stay in touch with them. You take actions on creative searching and you make sure that SOGETI is well known as employer.


  • CV selection

You understand the needs of our business and based on their requirements you are able to select the right CV’s.


  • Candidate selection

You organize the complete process of the candidate selection: you invite the candidate for the introductory interview and you organize the technical screening.

You inform the operations manager when managers’ interview is necessary and you follow up their actions.

During the introductory interview you present SOGETI. For you this interview is part of our employer branding.

On top of that you are able to check the right competences during the interview.

Based on your conclusions you lead the complete selection process.

At all times you keep the candidate informed.


  • Contract administration

You prepare the necessary documents for new employees.

You follow-up those documents until the moment the employee is on board.


  • Onboarding

You make sure the new employee is properly on boarded on her/his first day.

You inform her/him correctly on the SOGETI way of life.


Your Profile:

  • You have proven track record in recruiting different IT profiles
  • You speak fluent French and English.
  • You are service oriented towards the business, eager to find the right candidate for the vacancy and for SOGETI.
  • You are familiar with different interview techniques and able to apply them actively.
