Technicien Helpdesk multilingue (H/F)


Vous serez en charge de la/du :

  • Support aux utilisateurs sur site ou à distance (Prise de main à distance via un outil de remote)
  • Prise d'appels
  • Création des tickets dans un outil d’encodage et de dispatching
  • Gestion des boîtes email
  • Gestion et suivi des incidents
  • Création et mise à jour de procédures
  • Formation des utilisateurs


  • Vous maîtrisez les langues française, anglaise, espagnole et luxembourgeoise.
  • Vous êtes diplômé en Informatique
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience en tant que technicien Helpdesk
  • Vous avez des compétences concernant l'utilisation, la maintenance et le dépannage de systèmes d'exploitation (Microsoft Windows)
  • Vous savez évaluer, planifier, prioriser et répartir la charge de travail en fonction de l'impact des incidents (maîtrise d'un outil de ticketing)
  • Vous êtes communicatif, rigoureux et êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel
