To support its growth, Sogeti Luxembourg is looking to recruit a:


DB Administrator (M/F)


Your mission :


  • Databases administration : installation / patching / upgrade / refresh / daily maintenance for Oracle and/or SQL Server
  • Backup management
  • Performance management and resources optimization
  • Security and access rights management
  • Monitoring tools management
  • Documentation and process writing and update


Your profile :


  • You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge in Databases administration (Oracle 10g/11g/12c mainly but other DB will be considered as an asset: Microsoft SQL Server 2010/2012, IBM DB2 v10, MySQL, Sybase, SQL Anywhere)
  • You have knowledge in Unix/Linux systems and Windows systems
  • Knowledge of TSM and RMAN is an asset
  • You have an IT diploma
  • You have a strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • You are communicative, rigorous and autonomous
  • You are a fast learner and you have a professional attitude
  • You are customer and team minded
