Diversity & Inclusion
We create an inclusive environment that fosters diversity to encourage innovation and drive the growth and development of our teams.
Diversity is an essential component of our Group's identity and corporate culture. We understand diversity in the broadest sense, including cultural identities, ethnic and social origins, sexual orientation and disabilities.
Our commitment to drive positive change
Hire and develop the best talents
By creating more and broader pathways through our international environment. We also enable our employees to thrive with a robust learning and development program.
Build inclusive workplaces
By providing a sound and fair working environment, leveraging diversity as a source of innovation & inspiration and through support groups like our Employee Resource Group (ERG).
Collaborate for diversity, equality and inclusion
We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.

On 8 March 2021, the International Women’s Day took place. The aim of this day is to highlight the struggle for women's rights and for the reduction of inequalities.
Sogeti Luxembourg, in addition to the global campaign of UN supported by Capgemini, supported this day through video testimonials from our Luxembourg women colleagues:
Again, we renew our gratitude to our Luxembourg role model who did an incredible exercice and took their courage in both hands to tell us their story and shared it with you. Through their portraits, we learned how incredible are these 6 Women by their strength, courage, state of mind and their inspiring messages to the younger generations!
What is OUTFront?
OUTfront is our network of LGBT+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) team members and allies that dedicate part of their spare time to make the Group more diverse and inclusive for individuals on the sexual and gender spectrum. This network is open to all, regardless of their community, political or religious beliefs.
Our mission
Our mission is to provide a forum for education and awareness that supports the professional growth of LGBT+ individuals by fostering a safe environment globally for individuals to be authentic in the workplace.

Diversity and Inclusion are at the heart of our approach to Social Responsibility and to celebrate International Diversity Day, we wanted to raise awareness of the issue of autism and highlight our colleagues, friends and family members who have so much to contribute but who are often excluded or misunderstood because of their disability.
We prepared this awareness session with Noémie Morabito, a psychologist specialised in the issue of disability and mother of two autistic Asperger's children.
We wanted to share with you everything that we thought could be useful to a better understanding of this disability.
Of course we invite you to come back to us if you wish to learn more or benefit from contacts and supports concerning autism.

Capgemini’s vision has always been to create a vibrant and inclusive culture. We have positively embraced a collaboration of diverse and multi-cultural teams and ensure all our teams feel valued and included. It is with this objective in mind that Frédéric Robin, Country Lead Sogeti Luxembourg, signed the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg on September 30, 2021.
About Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg
The Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg is a national commitment signed by organizations who strongly commit to diversity promotion and engagement, and is structured around six articles. IMS Luxembourg (the Luxembourg’s leading network for Corporate Responsibility) is the project leader, and the Charter is supported by seven private public partners.
The Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg featured 26 new signatories in 2021, and representation from 230 organizations committed to diversity and inclusion.
Sogeti Luxembourg's commitment
For us, signing the Charter shows our commitment to diversity issues related to our employees, future recruits, competitors and customers. It deeply allows us to not just think inclusively, but also act in an inclusive way.
Diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our approach to social responsibility in Luxembourg.
Signing this charter, will allow us to expand our corporate social responsibility initiatives in Luxembourg. It will help us drive initiatives such as the International Diversity Day to create awareness about autism, support the development of our OUTFront Luxembourg community, our network of LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer people), and pledge our support for International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT). It will also give us an opportunity to drive activities related to digital inclusion at the local level.
We can also drive our numerous initiatives led by D&I teams, employee network, resource groups, and our leadership team to shape and empower careers.
