Qualification and skills
A University degree in economics or finance or accounting or statistics
Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
General professional experience
At least five years of previous experience in contract management, consultancy, negotiation and organisation
Experience of at least 3 years in management of large projects
At least 3 years experience in management of co-operation programmes.
Specific professional experience
A good knowledge of the beneficiaries’ situation and previous working experience in the region can be an asset
Proven record of analytical reporting and evaluating the outcome of projects.
