The first step is to send us your online application for one of our current job offers. If you don’t immediately find a job offer that matches your skills and experience, you can always apply spontaneously.
If your profile meets the necessary requirements, you will be contacted by an HR officer to start the recruitment process.
This proceeds differently depending on whether you are a candidate with relevant experience or a recent graduate.
Senior profiles
1) Introductory interview
During this interview, one of our HR officers will present our company and evaluate whether your profile matches our expectations in terms of knowledge, experience, skills, attitude and values.
2) Technical screening
At this stage, you will meet one of our specialists who will assess your technical knowledge. This also provides an opportunity to get to know a potential fellow worker and to appreciate of our way of working and expertise in specific domains.
3) Closing interview
In this last interview, you will meet your prospective unit manager to discuss cooperation opportunities in detail. If this interview is positive, you will receive a concrete contract proposal.
Young graduates
1) Presentation of Sogeti and selection tests
This will begin with a business presentation, followed by a description of career opportunities. You will then undergo a number of selection tests to assess your logical and analytical skills.
2) Introductory interview
If you pass the selection tests, you will be invited to an interview with one of our HR officers, who will answer all your questions and evaluate if your profile matches our expectations in terms of knowledge, skills, attitude and values.
3) Closing interview
In this last interview, you will meet your prospective unit manager to discuss cooperation opportunities in detail. If this interview is positive, you will receive a concrete contract proposal.
